Where demolition services and other enabling services are carried out at the same time as the main contract, the liability of the demolition and enabling services will follow that of the main construction works (i.e. at 0%, 5% or 17.5% as appropriate). Where demolition services etc are carried out separately they will be standard rated (17.5%).
