Energy saving adaptations - leasing arrangements - under some grant-funded schemes, a leasing arrangement may be used to help fund the installation of a central heating system. In this case, the supply of the boiler and radiators to the leasing company is standard rated (15%). Subsequent supplies to the qualifying person (paid by grant funding) are at 5% as is any termination fee or end of lease payment.
